Refund policy

All matcha powder sales are final.

For quality and safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on Master's Reserve once dispatched. This applies even if the packaging is unopened. Once a food product has left our care, it cannot be resold.

This is consistent with UK food safety regulations and your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt perishable and consumable goods from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
